STORYTECH REFUND POLICY


Refunds are not provided for Storytech purchases, except in the case of our platform being proven to function incorrectly, preventing the user from accessing the platform and completing the Storytech process. 

Refunds will not be given for any other reason, unless as required by New Zealand law.
